At Bridgekode Technology, we strive to provide high-quality IT services and professional tech training programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. IT Services & Consulting Refunds

Payments made for IT support, consulting, web development, or other service-based projects are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Refunds may be considered if no work has started.
• Partial refunds may be issued depending on project progress.
• All refund decisions are subject to contract terms.

2. Training Program Refunds

For tech training programs (including web development, full stack, cloud computing, cybersecurity, UI/UX, and graphics design):

• Refund requests must be made within 3–7 days of enrollment.
• No refunds will be issued after training has significantly progressed.
• Administrative fees may be deducted from approved refunds.
• Downloaded materials are non-refundable.

3. Payment Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after service delivery has begun.
• Failure to attend scheduled training sessions.
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
